Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your email address, authentication records, usage-limit records, subscription status, consent choices, and the workspaces or knowledge maps you save in Gorm Learn. We also collect technical and usage information such as AI call counts, token counts, model names, request status, browser/session cookies, and hashed anti-abuse signals based on IP address, device identifier, and email address. We do not store raw IP addresses in the AI usage ledger for these anti-abuse checks.
How We Use It
We use this information to run the app, save your work, enforce usage limits, process billing, send account emails, prevent abuse, detect repeated free-account usage, improve the product, and send optional product emails if you choose to receive them.
Service Providers
Gorm Learn uses third-party providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for billing, email delivery providers for account emails, hosting providers for running the app, and AI providers for language-model features.
AI Processing
Prompts, topics, and generated content may be sent to AI providers to produce responses. Avoid entering sensitive personal information that you do not want processed by those providers. AI providers may process that information according to their own service terms and data handling practices.
Cookies And Local Storage
Gorm Learn uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in and browser local storage to keep app settings, drafts, theme choices, and a random device identifier used for free-usage abuse prevention.
Children
Gorm Learn is not intended for children under 13. Users must confirm that they are at least 13 before creating an account. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email gormtheold25@gmail.com so the account can be reviewed or removed.
Retention And Deletion
We keep account, workspace, billing, and usage records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet billing or legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and prevent abuse. Account deletion removes saved account data where technically available, but some records may remain in backups, billing systems, abuse logs, or legal/compliance records.
Your Choices
Marketing emails are optional. Account and security emails may still be sent when needed to operate the service. You can manage billing from the account area when available, delete your account from the app, or request help with account or data questions from the app owner.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards and service providers to protect the app, but no internet service is perfectly secure. Use a strong password and do not share your account credentials.
