Early Access Service
Gorm Learn is an early access learning tool. It may contain bugs, rough edges, missing features, changing limits, or interruptions while the product is being tested and improved.
Who Can Use Gorm Learn
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Gorm Learn. If you are under 18, you may use Gorm Learn only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it.
The Service
Gorm Learn helps you create branching knowledge maps and study documents with assistance from large language models. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or wrong. Do not rely on Gorm Learn as professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency advice.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Gorm Learn to break the law, violate another person's rights, attack the service, bypass usage limits, create repeated accounts to avoid limits, scrape the service, reverse engineer non-public systems, or create harmful content. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if the service is abused.
Billing, Cancellation, And Usage Limits
Free and paid accounts have monthly AI call and token limits. Paid access is billed through Stripe as a recurring subscription unless canceled. You can manage or cancel billing from the account area when billing is available. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past charges or prorate the current billing period unless required by law or approved by the operator.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the topics, notes, maps, and documents you create. You give us permission to store and process that content, including sending prompts and related context to AI providers, so Gorm Learn can provide the service.
Account Deletion
Deleting your account removes your saved Gorm Learn account data where technically available and attempts to cancel active subscriptions tied to the account. Some records may remain where required for security, billing, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backups, or dispute handling.
No Warranty
Gorm Learn is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use of Gorm Learn after updates means you accept the updated terms.
